• Plain ($36.00):
  No filling, no herbs, just a freshly baked bun with a soft center and golden crust. Enjoy it warm with butter, or serve it alongside soups and broths for dipping.

  At the core of this bun you'll find sliced olives, thyme and other herbs for that unmistakable Mediterranean flavour.

• Smoked Qeema ($64.00): 
  At the core of this bun is lightly seasoned, smoked ground chicken. The buns on this platter usually disappear before you even realize!
