Sweet and Savoury Just like Home

This dish does an incredible job of highlighting the sweetness and flavour profile of onion and gosht (meat). As an onion lover, I truly enjoyed and was reminded of home. The chef at Dishlore and their cooking is a reminder that skill, effort, and heart can turn simple ingredients into something truly memorable. Allah humma barik.
