Several years ago, a friend from the Memon community generously shared their family's samosa recipe with us. Since that day, we have exclusively prepared Memoni samosas. 

Memoni Samosas are known for their crisp shell and generously spiced minced meat filling. Smaller and more delicate than many potato-based samosas, they deliver a satisfying contrast between the crunch of the pastry and the savory filling inside. Onions, chilies, and warming spices give the filling its character, while the thin wrapper keeps the focus on what's within. They're the sort of samosa that disappears quickly once the tray arrives.

Authentic Home-Cooked Food

This is an honest testimonial regarding the amazing food from Dishlore. We enjoyed traditional saffron chicken curry, delicious chickpea dumplings, chapli kababs, and samosas. The food was served hot, was incredibly tender and moist, and was beautifully garnished. The chutneys, both coriander and tomato, were the best I have ever had. When you eat this food, it feels like you're enjoying a meal in someone's home, cooked with passion and care.
