One dish. One small batch. Every weekend.

Each Tuesday, we choose one dish and share it exclusively with our WhatsApp group.

Sometimes it will be an old favorite. Sometimes something you haven’t seen from us in a while. And sometimes something that isn’t on our regular menu at all.

We may also choose something from our Specialities menu, dishes normally available only in larger quantities. Weekend Specials give you the chance to enjoy them by the serving. And that’s what’s happening this weekend!

Jama Masjid ki Nahari (Purani Dilli Special)

Beef shanks simmered overnight in a broth enriched with bone marrow until the meat falls from the bone, soft enough to break with a spoon. The gravy is rich and velvety, deep brown from hours of cooking, with warmth from whole spices. Traditionally eaten for breakfast, scooped up with naan, the bread soaking up the marrow-rich broth. A squeeze of lime and fresh ginger on the side cut through the richness. What Old Delhi mornings taste like: nourishing and meant to be shared.

Orders are open until Thursday at 11:00 PM, but may close earlier if we reach that number before then.
